We just wrapped up an amazing weekend with SH Supperclub in our first ever pop up dinner series! Over 40 guests joined us at our secret location in a converted warehouse along Suzhou Creek for an epic 7 course meal cooked by our team and paired with baijiu cocktails.
A big thank you to everyone who made the weekend possible, including our good friends over at SH Supperclub, our venue sponsor and supplier Song Feng Tsui, baijiu sponsor Shuijingfang, our amazing team and of course, the guests! The theme of the weekend’s dinners was “Third Culture- Modern Street Food”, a nod to both founders’ heritage and diverse upbringing, and the influence they’ve had on the food at Baoism. Highlights from the menu included ‘Ramen Smorrebrod’, ‘Central Texas Charsiubao’ and ‘Crayfish Po’boys’. A cocktails favorite was the Baijiu Sour, mixed with our homemade fruit vinegars in flavours like mango, passionfruit and plum.
这次晚宴的主题为“第三文化 – 现代街头小吃”，两位创始人从小受传统文化与多样化教养背影的影响，他们结合中西食物各自的特点，将包主义食物带给了大家。本次晚宴值得一提的菜有“港式拉面三明治”、“德克萨斯叉烧包”、“小龙虾包”，配餐酒则是“白酒酸”，一种用白酒与家酿果醋混合的鸡尾酒，有芒果、百香果、梅子等口味。
