2. Thick crayfish, nettle & sorrel, hake mousse • Out of Focus: Blackwheat pancake, broccoli puree
3. House butters
4. Eggplant cavier with msu, artichokes “barigoules”, tapenade, parsley & tomato hearts
5. Sea bass with parmesan cheese, coriander
6. Squid Ink Gnocchi, gambas, baby sqyuid
7. Bresse farm hen with foie gras
8. Mimolette, Grapes, juice/white beer/gin
9. Charolias, melted honey with lemon juice, diced turnips
10. Toasted brioche,Roquefort & dried fruits with safran
11-16. Grand dessert by Pierre Gagnaire
